We are pleased to inform you that our recent Technical Presentations are now available on the CIBSE Website.
Last week saw a very pertinent, professional and informative presentation by Jim Doyle, partner of Doyles Construction Lawyers. The presentation was titled Contract Law & Security of Payment and was broken into three main parts of Managing the Claims Process, Security of Payments Act, and the tips and traps of GMP & PPP Contracts.
For those of you that were unable to make it, any tips taken from this presentation could prove to be very beneficial and you are encouraged to take the time to look through it, and for those of you who did attend, it would be well worth refreshing your memory after the Easter break. Last month's presentation on Data Centre Security and Resiliance was well attended, well presented and well received by the audience.
